Unicell Janitorial Supplies is a leading supplier of high-quality facility and hygiene supplies, equipment, and commercial vacuums serving customers across British Columbia. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and products to our customers and are looking for a motivated sales representative to join our growing team.

Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and promotions
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals
Assist with inventory management and restocking
Provide exceptional customer service to clients: As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience to our clients. You will answer questions, provide product information, handle complaints, and ensure that our customers have all the information and resources they need to make informed decisions about their purchase.
Stay up-to-date on product and industry trends: You will keep yourself informed about new products, trends, and industry developments, and use this knowledge to provide customers with the most up-to-date information in the Janitorial, Facility Supply, and Vacuum industry.
Requirements:
B2C sales experience is an asset, but not required. A solid understanding of the janitorial industry and its products will be an advantage.
Self-motivated and driven:
You should be self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a strong desire to succeed and be able to demonstrate a track record of success in your previous roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:
You should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers in order to understand their needs and requirements. Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are an asset.
Strong organizational skills:
You should be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and have the ability to meet deadlines and manage your own workload effectively.
Ability to learn and understand technical product information:
You should have the ability to learn and understand technical product information, and use this knowledge to educate and inform customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software:
You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as CRM software.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation:
You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation in order to deliver items to local clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
