Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases. Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash with attention to detail. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.

Requirements

Proven Rogers experience is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management. Experience with merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility. Proficiency in using POS systems for processing sales transactions. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Pay: $17.50-$22.00 per hour
