Your Role Includes:

Selling phones, plans, and accessories with confidence of Rogers / Fido / Chatr Assisting customers with device issues and service questions Performing basic to advanced phone/tablet repairs (training available) Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving tech problems Keeping the store tidy, stocked, and ready to roll Hitting sales and service targets while delivering top-tier experiences

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and people skills Interest in mobile tech and learning repairs Previous Rogers / Fido retail experience is a plus Reliable, punctual, and team-focused Comfortable using POS systems and handling customer interactions Able to work weekends and flexible shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
