Position Overview

The Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, drives sales, and supports daily store operations while upholding the company's brand and values.

1) Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

Greet and assist customers, creating a positive shopping experience.

Provide knowledgeable recommendations on products and services.

Promote customer loyalty programs.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.

Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.

Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell.

Store Operations

Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Assist with stock replenishment and product displays.

Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Inventory & Merchandising

Support promotional activities and merchandising standards.

Assist with stock replenishment and product displays.

Do inventory counts as required.

Basic math skills and proficiency in handling transactions.

Security & Compliance

Ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.

Maintain product security and respond to incidents appropriately.

Follow emergency protocols and compliance procedures.

3) Working Conditions

4) Reporting Structure

Reports to the Store Manager.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
