We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced

Sales Associate

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail sales, a passion for home decor, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Build rapport with customers, actively listen to their needs, and offer personalized product recommendations. Showcase products effectively to highlight their craftsmanship and appeal. Offer expert advice, including design suggestions, helping customers make informed and confident purchasing decisions. Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom to ensure our products are showcased in the best light. Process sales transactions with accuracy, including cash and electronic payments. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and regular stock checks to ensure product availability. Lift, move, and pack furniture or boxes as needed for display, customer purchases, or delivery preparations. Help in receiving and unpacking shipments. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the store's overall success.

Qualifications:

Minimum

2 years of retail sales experience

, ideally in the furniture or home decor industry. Exceptional

sales skills

with a proven ability to close deals and exceed targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for customer service. Passion for interior design and home decor; knowledge or experience in interior design is a plus. Physical ability to lift and move furniture and boxes as required. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for processing transactions and handling sales data. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
