Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to provide accurate information. Process transactions efficiently through cashiering duties while ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance store performance. Stay informed about industry trends and technology advancements to better assist customers. Support inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing displays as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Strong ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers. Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is advantageous. Ability to conduct product demos confidently and enthusiastically. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in handling transactions. A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and improving sales techniques.

Pay: $45,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
