Play an active role in ensuring the success of key projects, including coordination of campaign assets, tracking progress, updating teams, and meeting deadlines. What you will be doing:
Expected start date: 2023-05-01
- Creating: engaging, original visual graphic content using high quality design skills, creative captions and copywriting, and writing high quality editorial content, social media posts and required graphics relevant to our target audiences.
- Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and provide support as needed.
- Developing marketing briefs and instructional documents to inform team members of what is needed to for various projects
- Submitting campaign content for approval amongst internal stakeholders.
- You will assist in the development of our daily social media posts and videos.
- Researching and evaluating competitor marketing and digital content. Strategizing new ways to acquire net new clients.
- Ideation and research around latest industry trends and best practices
- Updating marketing team members on project statuses and task deadlines, while ensuring workback schedules are continuously updated
- Working towards a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Commerce, or Healthcare Management / Administration is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required, Adobe would be considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills

- Strong time management and able to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Self-sufficient individual with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams
- English not required
- Monday to Friday
- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
