INDUSTRY: Pharmaceuticals JOB DESCRIPTION: HHAI is recruiting for a Pharmaceutical Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the commercial team and guide the launch of a new division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall marketing and brand strategy as well as leading the sales activities of a national sales team. This is a Hybrid role where you would be working in the Mississauga office 3 days/week and home 2 days/week. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Experience leading and developing a sales team in a sales management role
- Experience in multi-channel marketing with a focus on digital channels
- Solid understanding of current regulatory and market access issues in the Canadian pharmaceutical industry
- Superior collaboration and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership, business acumen and confident presentation skills
- Bachelor level degree in business or Life Sciences is required. Candidates with an MBA are strongly preferred.
