This new position reports to the sales and marketing coordinator. BMI Canada is located a few steps from the Faubourg Boisbriand, easily accessible, near highways 15 and the 640. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for planning, carrying out and evaluating promotional activities in various forms with an objective of improving the customer experience and increasing awareness of the BMI brand.
  • Collaborate with the sales team managing customer files (various sales analyses)
  • Create, prepare, revise sales charts, reports and various documents (Word, Excel, Acrobat)
  • Build and manage corporate social pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google)
  • Implementation and monitoring of promotions
  • Manage and build our product bank of photos
  • Production of the sales and marketing material (flyers, new product announcements, etc.)
  • Assist with web site management (images, news, updating information, etc.)
  • Update internal promotional documents (revamp or update as necessary)
  • Maintain and periodically revise price lists
  • Provide recommendations and implement strategies for content development in coordination with company objectives
  • Coordination of special projects (fairs & tradeshows)
  • Various related administrative duties
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • DEP in sales and marketing or equivalent
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and several advanced formulas)
  • Have excellent knowledge of image processing software, an asset
  • Bilingual (Fluent in English and French) required, both orally and written skills
