NRI Industrial Sales is one of the largest surplus industrial equipment suppliers in North America. With operations in Canada, USA and the UAE, we have established ourselves as an industrial asset recovery specialist - servicing the broad industrial sector.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research to identify consumer trends and habits across various industrial sectors, developing and managing the company\'s online presence to increase brand awareness and acquire new leads, and overseeing the sales strategy for our key web properties.

The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to plan, execute, and optimize marketing activities, including display/print advertising, packaging, PPC, SEO, and SEM, to drive traffic and acquire leads that ultimately result in conversions. You will also coordinate the creation of marketing collateral such as print ads, display ads, presentations, landing pages, and brochures and create content to support sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and oversee sales strategies for our key web properties to drive sales.
  • Oversee the company\'s online presence to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and acquire new leads.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns through PPC, display/print advertising, packaging, SEO, and SEM.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing content and marketing collaterals such as print ads, display ads, presentations, brochures, and landing pages
  • Conduct market research to discover new consumer trends and habits in various industrial sectors
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on full-cycle eCommerce.
  • Proven track record of successful PPC campaigns and experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar software.
  • Expertise in SEO and SEM strategies to drive traffic and optimize conversion rates is an asset.
  • Experience with graphic editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an asset.
