In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new accounts, managing and nurturing existing customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to fulfillment. to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will support field sales and project management teams, follow up with current customers to strengthen loyalty, and actively contribute to the successful growth and expansion of our brand.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Ellie Bianca's retail, wholesale, and e-commerce presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, retailers, and key accounts.
Support negotiations and onboarding for new retail and distribution partnerships.
Account Management & Customer Relations
Serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers, ensuring exceptional service and support.
Manage day-to-day communications with accounts, including order processing, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
Develop strategies to increase customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
Digital Marketing Campaigns
Plan, create, and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as email, social media, and e-commerce channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging content that drives brand visibility and sales.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
Sales & Revenue Enablement
Support field sales initiatives, including Costco roadshows, retailer activations, and special events.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials tailored to different audiences.
Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Founder, sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies.
Coordinate with project management teams to align sales and marketing efforts with operational capacity.
Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve internal processes and customer experience.
Brand Representation
Represent Ellie Bianca with professionalism and integrity in all customer and partner interactions.
Champion the company's mission, values, and brand story to foster trust and loyalty in every engagement.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Qualifications
Education
Recent graduate of a business, marketing, commerce, or related program, with a strong interest in sales and marketing.
Additional training or certifications in digital marketing, sales, or business development are considered assets.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, ideally within consumer goods, retail, beauty, or wellness industries.
Demonstrated success in customer relationship management, including supporting or managing client accounts.
Exposure to or involvement in digital marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, email, e-commerce) is a strong asset.
Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities is considered an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience in managing digital marketing platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok is required.
A self-starter with a proactive attitude--comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Other Requirements
This is an in-person, office-based role located in Calgary; candidates must be available to work on-site.
Must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.
