As a Sales and Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving our supply chain operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. You'll be at the heart of our logistics processes, ensuring that every shipment is executed flawlessly while maximizing efficiency and profitability.

What you'll do

Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Manage transportation logistics by overseeing dispatching, tracking shipments, and optimizing routes. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective account management and communication. Support B2B sales efforts by generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Utilize transportation management systems and CRM software to track sales performance and logistics data. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations while managing pricing strategies for freight services. Conduct data entry for logistics operations, maintaining accurate records of shipments and contracts.

Basic qualifications

Proficient in supply chain management principles with a focus on logistics and transportation planning. Strong negotiation skills with experience in sales management or inside sales roles.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in logistics sales or carrier sales is highly desirable. Knowledge of freight operations, including pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
