Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sales and marketing activities and strategies.
Conduct market and competitive research to analyze trends, pricing, and positioning of competitors' products and services.
Manage and maintain online sales operations on client platforms, including product listings, promotions, and updates.
Collect, analyze, and summarize sales performance data and customer feedback from client platforms to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal departments--including production, logistics, and customer service--to ensure accurate order processing and on-time shipment.
Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator or in a similar sales support/marketing role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
