We are currently seeking a Sales and Rental Coordinator to join our family and support our sales team. Avoid rush hour traffic while working only minutes from the city. Daily tasks will include:

Work with the Sales Team to prepare sales and rental contracts Obtain and manage insurance and other documents pertaining to the sales and rental process Coordinate incoming and outgoing logistics of equipment and attachments (both domestic and international) Effectively communicate with the sales team to ensure all details and documentation are in order Manage sales and rental invoicing. Create and manage equipment listings through our multiple marketing platforms Pro-actively create, update, and maintain shared spreadsheets and other documents Work alongside the service team to track completion of service orders and availability of equipment Take photographs of equipment and attachments Track incoming and outgoing equipment Manage the sales and rental inventory Some basic reception type duties

Qualifications and Experience:

The Ideal Candidate Must:

Have previous experience in a similar support or administrative role. Be competent with technology within the office environment Have a keen understanding of Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and Outlook), Internet Based Programs, and Adobe Acrobat. Must also possess the ability to quickly learn similar type programs and platforms. Have previous experience with coordinating logistics. Experience with cross-border logistics, brokerage, CARM, and oversized loads is a definite asset. Be highly organized Be self-motivated, pro-active (rather than reactive), a good problem solver, safety conscious, and possess the ability to work under pressure with attention to detail. Be an effective communicator in person and through typing/writing Maintain a clean, organized, and SAFE workspace Previous experience with heavy construction, heavy equipment, and/or rentals is an asset Previous experience with QuickBooks Pro/Enterprise is an asset
