Summary
As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring they receive accurate and timely information. This is a full-time, in-house position that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Build and enter customer orders into our ERP system
Provide accurate product information and support customers in selecting the right products
Coordinate with production and shipping departments to ensure order fulfillment
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product lines and services
Assist with quotes, returns, and general account management
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
Assist with sales and marketing activities such as product specification development, marketing collateral, and trade show coordination
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to internal process improvements
Requirements
Bilingual in English and French is a significant asset
Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment
Strong communication skills--both written and verbal
Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and general computer use
Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an asset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
Interest or background in tactical gear, defence, or protective equipment industries is a plus
