We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fine and high-end Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with an appreciation for fine jewelry and the ability to connect with customers. This role involves providing exceptional service, assisting customers in selecting jewelry pieces, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice on fine jewelry selections. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various jewelry items. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed attractively. Process transactions accurately, including cashiering duties, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Stay informed about current trends in fine jewelry and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills

Experience in premium sales of jewellery or other high end consumer goods highly regarded Proficient in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for engaging with diverse clientele. Strong customer service skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions. Proven sales abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a retail environment. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation standards.
