With our growing business and newly opened shop in Oshawa, we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail and Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the friendly face of our storefront.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and maintain a positive attitude will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries via phone and email providing accurate information and solutions. Greet walk-in customers and assist with inquiries, quotes, and order placement. Process transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and handling payments. Maintain organized front office and retail space Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance customer experience. Coordinate with production team for order updates and pickups Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer journey. Support inventory tracking and product displays. Promote ongoing sales and product promotions Handle customer feedback and escalate issues as needed. Provide general administrative and clerical support.

Skills

Strong customer service skills and retail experience preferred. Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of sheet metal or HVAC products is a strong asset. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team Technical sales knowledge can be beneficial for assisting customers with specific product inquiries.
