remote, which means you can apply from anywhere and work from home. We are seeking a Sales Prospecting and Administration Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and contact potential customers using the leads that come into the CRM and from our website
- Set up sales calls with potential clients for the director by qualifying interest from them and arranging a time and date
- Resolve customer inquiries and questions beforehand and on the ground during the safari
- Keep clients aware of the latest developments on the ground in East and Southern Africa using social media like Twitter, Instagram, blogs, etc\xe2\x80\xa6
- Create amazing itineraries to present to potential clients
- Update the website using our WordPress platform
- Update pricing for lodges, camps and hotels we deal with in East and Southern Africa and also look for new properties to offer potential clients
- Manage reviews
- General administration work
- Previous experience in sales prospecting, customer service, or other related fields
- Postsecondary education
- Able to perform under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (This is a must)
- Experience in the travel industry
- Experience with social media platforms Instagram, Facebook
- MUST have travelled to unique destinations
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work remotely
