Sales Analyst Specialist

Job Description


We are looking for a Sales Analyst to join our clients team and support their sales team by compiling and analyzing sales and market data to help our organization sell more effectively, as well as keeping up to date with Bid to tenders and ongoing projects.Sales Analyst responsibilities include reviewing market trends and other sales figures to help our sales team understand the market and provide more recommendations to our clients potential clients.Ultimately, you will work with our clients sales team to improve our sales process and help us close more sales opportunities.ResponsibilitiesDevelop methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of dataStudy past sales data to determine trends in productivityConduct research into competitive companies and the surrounding marketHandling customer contract addendums, ensuring information provided is correct and filing of contract addendums once executedMonitoring performance, running PM reports, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.Assisting with the preparation of RFP\'s & tendersAttending meetings to assist with note taking, account receivables and providing general updatesCommunicating on accounts, working with account managers regarding accounts to help resolve customer concerns and address gaps in delivery servicePlatform management, analyzing and checking work order status, monitoring and reporting on technician check arrival and departure timesRun reports from Dashboard and SAPManage customer adhoc requestsCollate data for internal meetings and customer meetingsAssist with presentationsProven work experience as a Sales Analyst or similar roleExperience in the construction industry, HVAC, or capital infrastructure sales is desirable, but not essentialExperience working with Bid systems and other CRMsPrevious working knowledge with SAP would be considered an assetPossesses strong problem-solving and analytical skillsCommunicates clearly and effectivelyPays close attention to detailInternal drive to succeed with a resourceful approach to problem solvingAdvanced Excel skills, Pivot Tables, V-Lookups etc.Relevant training and/or certifications as a Sales AnalystRobert Half is the world\'s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
