Become a maker of possible with us.The Reporting and Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing organization to drive operational excellence in order to achieve strategic and sales objectives. This role will play a critical part in partnering with sales and marketing teams to maximize the impact of business metrics/analytics. Additionally, this role may perform other sales and compensation analytics including data mining, quantifying, evaluating and transforming internal and external information into business intelligence to further drive the achievement of strategic and sales objectives.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic business partner, responsible for working closely with the sales and marketing team to leverage data analysis and visualization tools to drive actionable business unit decisions.Support compensation related activities associated with bonus plan design, target setting, performance reporting, and payouts.Work closely with sales and marketing to gather reporting requirements and build new capabilities. Includes data validation, combining multiple complex data sets, and end user testing of dashboards to ensure data accuracy and usability of self serve dashboarding capabilities, as required.Responsible for the management, continual customization and development of dashboards, reports, forms, templates and models utilizing varying technologies (PowerBI, PowerPivot, Excel, VBA Macros, Access etc) in support of the business.Participate, lead and/or manage other Customer Intelligence/Sales Operations projects as required. Share and leverage best practices, new learnings and developments from other businesses locally and globally.Perform other ad hoc reporting analytics as required.ABILITIES:Strong business acumen coupled with a high-level analytical capability.Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and prioritization skills.Detail oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Process oriented, proactive and customer focused.Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:University Degree2-5 years work experience with at least 2 years focused on sales analytics or sales compensation.Proficient in Microsoft office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities required)PowerBI, SAP, JDE, Salesforce, Power Query experience is an assetFor certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon the Company\xe2\x80\x99s receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
