Description
Position: Consolidated Reporting Analyst
Location: Hybrid, Pointe-Claire Office
Salary: $95K to $120K
We are searching to hire a Consolidated Reporting Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports
- Prepare consolidated reports
- Conduct detailed monthly analysis of compensation
- Compile monthly P&L statements for the Digital Marketing team
- Generate a monthly summary of SG&A accounts, comparing current and prior periods, consolidating on a regional basis
- Calculate the impact of foreign exchange fluctuations
- Summarize detailed sales and gross profit (GP) data on a monthly basis
- Reconcile bank balances monthly
- Perform intercompany settlement analysis to ensure compliance with statutory reporting and corporate tax regulations
- Review accounts receivable reconciliations for all countries globally
- Conduct a quarterly worldwide balance sheet review
- Calculate key account percentages monthly to facilitate foreign exchange impact analysis
- Perform monthly consolidation checks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent)
- 2-4 years of experience in a finance-related role
- Advanced in Excel and Power BI
