We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on performance against targets.
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand professional network.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory.
