is looking for an

Administrator / Sales Coordinator

located in Ontario for our mobile car detailing company. This is a

full-time, fully remote

position. You will be required to work 40 hours a week.

We are currently looking for a dedicated

Administrator / Sales Coordinator who is an enthusiastic, high-energy, and ambitious leader who enjoys helping clients feel good about their vehicle while making their busy lives a little easier!

Your Role:



Conduct consultations with clients to understand their car needs and sell available services effectively. Oversee detailers' scheduling and availability. Track and manage leads using a CRM system. Conduct client follow-ups to confirm service quality and strengthen relationships Overseeing invoicing and payment processing. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
This is an exciting role for the self-motivated leader who is looking to make contributions to a growing and dynamic car detailing organization. You must be energetic and take pride in creating a smooth, positive experience for every client.

Qualifications:



Minimum 2 year of experience is preferred in administrative work or sales/customer service, ideally in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to write professional emails and communicate with clients/detailers on calls) Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on building positive relationships; ability to respond with empathy and professionalism to the needs of clients and detailers Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. While not required, interest in the car/detailing space would be preferred.
A successful candidate will be:

Charismatic and personable, with a natural ability to build strong relationships with clients Proactive and self-motivated, taking initiative to solve problems and improve processes. Available during hours listed below and willing to commit for the long-term.

Scheduling



The schedule will vary, but applicants should be able to work during weekdays from 9 AM to 6 PM with a 1-hour lunch break and on occasional weekends. There is some room for flexibility (i.e. working either 5 weekdays or working 4 weekdays + 1 weekend). This is a

fully remote position
