As a Sales Administrative Coordinator, you will support the growth of two subsidiaries by coordinating communications, interacting with customers, and supporting sales and product development. In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

Upon receipt of an initial order, ensure a smooth customer experience by participating in the transfer of information internally and monitoring the launch of production. Provide and forward quotes to customers, along with all the information necessary to follow up on their projects. Document opportunities in the sales management system (Salesforce). Follow up on quotes previously sent to customers. Ensure that projects/quotes submitted by external sales are shared with the relevant subsidiaries. Assist and support the product development team in following up on projects with customers. Write various reports and presentations for the business development team. Comprehensively track customer requirements, annual price lists, and current bids, and follow up with the relevant departments Conduct various surveys with our customers and keep their files up to date Perform all other related tasks

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

Fluency in spoken and written French and English in order to communicate with our customers. Relevant training and/or experience in administration or sales. Strong sense of responsibility, resourcefulness, and autonomy. Keen sense of priority management. Ease in making decisions. Customer and results-oriented

Experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of foundry and machining Experience with Microsoft 365 Experience with manufacturing management software (ERP) Proficiency in the Salesforce platform
