Position: Sales Administrative Assistant - Cosmetics
Location: Saint-Laurent (2 days in office and 3 days remote)
Salary: $24 per hour
Job Type: 1-year contract - maternity leave replacement

Our client, a giant in cosmetic industry, located in Saint Laurent, is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Sales Administrative Assistant for a 1-year contract, covering maternity leave. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales team and ensuring the smooth coordination of administrative functions.
As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:

- Working closely with Account Managers to complete various administrative tasks for a major National Chain
- Creating and submitting in vendor\'s link for tasks such as New Item Creation (NIC), Promotional Display Assortment, Promotional Event Templates, Retail Link pulls, and Slice Forms
- Updating Sales Promotional Master tracker with event information
- Building a monthly report of Open Claims and gathering deduction support for the Sales Team
- Processing and clearing assigned claims
- Creating Return Authorizations (RAs) for UPC Tickets, Promotional and Basic items
- Creating Item Maintenance (IM) to make updates in vendor\'s link

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Ability to navigate multiple company programs and platforms to gather information needed for templates and assigned tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Team spirit
