Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales and administration teams and contribute to our growth. Our fast-paced environment is suited for individuals who excel under pressure and possess strong organizational skills. This role is vital in ensuring seamless coordination between sales, operations, and customers, with responsibilities spanning sales support, administrative duties, and client support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Team with day-to-day operations and client support
Collaborate closely with the Administrative Team to ensure smooth office functions
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
Prepare and organize paperwork and documentation
Use Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) for various tasks
Follow up with clients to support sales and service goals
Perform general filing and scanning duties to maintain organized records
Work within a CRM platform to manage client data and interactions
Take on additional sales and administrative responsibilities as needed
We offer a competitive base salary, starting at $48,000 with an increase to $50,000 after six months employment. Benefits package after successful completion of the three month probationary period. Paid time off during the Christmas Holidays.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or office administration or a recent graduate of an accredited administrative program
Organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
This position requires in-office attendance Monday to Friday, so reliable transportation is essential.
