The role includes working with a close-knit team that provides clients with replacement services as well as selling customer jewellery. You will work with talented designers, jewellers and gemologists to ensure every customer leaves with a piece they love.
Responsibilities
Written replacement report for lost or stolen jewellery Written appraisals on customer pieces Meet with customers to create a shared experience of creating their own jewellery Manage multiple custom orders with a focus on quality, customization and budgets
Qualifications
A minimum of two (2) years of jewellery sales experience Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work (preferred) Strong typing skills Strong English written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail
