Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
Meet or exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through post-sale support.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the company CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities for growth.
