The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, managing day to day operational requirements and regular and ongoing communication with accounts to ensure the highest standards of customer service is met. They will work closely with the Account Executive on overall sales strategy, delivering on opportunities and participating in the sale cycle management.
Duties
Maintaining regular and ongoing communication with clients.
Continuously engaging clients on services, actives and resolutions to outstanding items.
Provide accurate and timely responses to existing customers' queries, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively.
Developing and generating quotes for clients.
Organizing, coordinating and attending virtual/onsite meetings with clients red.
Reviewing contract details and specifics regarding clients' services.
Supporting documentation development including briefing notes, RFP submissions, operational reports (ie. Semi annual reviews with client)
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Regularly engage with customers through calls, emails, and meetings to understand and anticipate their evolving needs.
Prepare Sales Reports including progress, performance, and key metrics.
Answer Client Queries and respond promptly to client inquiries and provide solutions to their issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities and leads among current and existing customers.
Leverage existing customer relationships to uncover new business opportunities and cross-sell additional products or services.
Additional duties as required.

Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales or account management is essential.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage clients and internal teams.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
