YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSIONS
Manage a strategic portfolio
: You will oversee and grow a portfolio of hotel partners in the rapidly expanding North American market.
Act as a true consultant
: You will negotiate the best offers, rates, and availability with key decision-makers (Revenue Managers, Hotel Directors) to maximize their revenue through Dayuse.
Master the data
: You will create and analyze insightful Business Reviews (KPIs via Tableau) to provide strategic recommendations and demonstrate the value of our partnership.
Build relationships of trust
: You will establish productive and lasting relationships with your partners across various markets and cities.
Deploy high-value projects
: You will identify and activate growth opportunities in your market, such as rolling out new offers or payment solutions.
Ensure clear and effective reporting
: You will track your performance and your market's activity, reporting weekly to the Regional Director.

: You will have full command of your portfolio, implement rigorous reporting, and know how to prioritize your actions for immediate impact.

: You will be the recognized expert for your market. You'll identify opportunities, define offers and pricing that convert, and establish yourself as the go-to reference.

: You will develop a strategic vision for your market, proposing and leading innovative projects (e.g., specific offers, new services) by collaborating with internal teams to bring them to life.

YOUR PROFILE
You have significant experience (3+ years) in a similar role (Account Management, Revenue Management, Distribution), ideally within an
OTA, hotel group, travel agency
You have
excellent knowledge of the US hotel market
and its dynamics.
English is your working language
(bilingual or fluent proficiency is essential).
You know how to make numbers talk: you have a strong aptitude for data analysis and can draw actionable conclusions from it. Proficiency with
Tableau
and
HubSpot
is a plus.
