Sales Account Manager

Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative with a strong background in the roofing or tools industry to handle both on-the-road and in-house sales. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in sales, excellent analytical skills, and a solid understanding of Microsoft Excel for data analysis. An MBA degree is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct on-the-road sales visits to roofing contractors, distributors, and other key clients. Manage in-house sales by responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and closing deals. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and other tools. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients. Meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tools or roofing industry. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience with both in-house and on-the-road sales. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. MBA or equivalent business education is preferred. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
