Duties
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals effectively.
Utilize company database for tracking sales activities, managing client interactions, and analyzing sales data.
Prepare regular reports on account status & sales
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development roles.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Proficiency in CRM software for managing client relationships and sales processes.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics.
