The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client base while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Duties

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives. Lead account management efforts by coordinating with various departments to ensure client satisfaction. Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for business growth. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships. Utilize Salesforce to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics. Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, service changes, and promotional opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members in account management practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in account management or business development roles.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making processes. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Must have dental background, please do not apply without it.
