to a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll manage the full sales cycle -- from prospecting and qualifying new accounts to nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of all custom label projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers who require
custom roll label products
.
Identify sales opportunities across different industries, including food & beverage, health & beauty, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and more.
Provide tailored recommendations on materials, adhesives, finishes, and other roll label specifications to meet client requirements.
Prepare and present customized quotes, product samples, and solutions that add value and align with client expectations.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Liaise closely with production and design teams to ensure accurate job execution and timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM data to support ongoing business development.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed to promote products and generate leads.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in
B2B sales
, preferably in
custom labels
, flexible packaging, print, or a similar industry.
Strong understanding of label printing processes (flexography, digital), substrates, adhesives, and finishes is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with procurement teams, marketing managers, and business owners.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
