starting salary range of $85,000 to $95,000

The

Sales Account Manager,

is primary responsibility is to cultivate new business partnerships and deepen existing relationships to drive business growth, support community outreach and achieve corporate sales objectives. They will provide critical input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area or responsibility to include market analyse including trends and competitors. The Sales Account Manager role requires someone who is highly self motivated and a self-starter who requires minimal management guidance on daily basis. The successful candidate will possess high integrity, vision, professionalism and passion for this position as well as consistently demonstrate the company's core values.

Essential Functions for this Role are:

Lead and manage large RFP responses to ensure corporate objectives for profitability, sustainability, and operational delivery objectives are meet. Maintain CRM systems to ensure the company is speaking to the right contacts with the right messages at the right time. Owns new prospective & qualifying leads through to Account Managers at the qualified stages in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) Manages own prospective/qualified pipeline in Dynamics (CRM) Updates and ensures accuracy of customer information through phone conversations, email, video conference and or onsite visits Schedule appointments and visit existing customers to review requirements and determine other opportunities. Receive customer purchase orders, review and forward on to Project Managers for acceptance and scheduling. Open new accounts. Provide solutions to customers' complications. Organize and attend joint sales calls with Q.A. and management as required. Attend Trade Shows and Conferences (if applicable). Liaise between customers and the company for up-to-date status of orders, service, pricing and overall satisfaction. Prepare reports for marketing and sales and keep expense accounts. Perform maintenance and updating of customers' accounts including contact names for future sales. Keep up to date on services, procedures by attending training and management review meetings Work in accordance with the quality management system (QMS) Complete all applicable quality records Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys (as part of our QMS) Research new product and or market opportunities and share with the management team regularly Updates and ensures accuracy of information on market, as well full understanding of our direct competitors Communication plan, provide valuable weekly reports to the GM Development 90day strategies to include top projects/accounts, key contacts & events Manage own annual travel budget, not to exceed corporate approved budgeting Work in accordance with documented procedures and complete all applicable records

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills required:

Comprehensive knowledge of the oil and gas industry requirements, manufacturing, estimating, sales and project management processes

High Level of understanding and operating within Microsoft Dynamic (CRM) Possess a valid Passport and able to travel globally, must be able to travel within Canada and to other countries with no travel restrictions Proven ability to collaborate successfully within team environment, as well as work periods of time remotely Excellent computer skills with a strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong attention to detail Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Basic AutoCAD knowledge an asset Quality management system knowledge: Sales, purchasing, nonconformances, corrective and preventive action, document control, record control Steel trades background (2 years) including blueprint reading, materials and process knowledge Computer experience - Excel and Word (2-5 years)
