Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and market research Present product features and benefits to potential clients, tailoring pitches to meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to facilitate purchasing decisions Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in accordance with company policies Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for expanding market reach Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth

Experience

Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment Familiarity with CRM tools or other sales management software is a plus Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively A positive attitude, resilience, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role

Pay: $34,400.00-$141,193.44 per year
