SimplyFixIT is a cell phone repair company. We specialize in the repair of all phone models, tablets and laptops. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic person who is able to learn and adapt to the situation at hand.

We are looking for experienced person capable of sales and performing easy repairs such as screen replacement, battery replacement or normal diagnosis. Training will be provided just need to be able to adapt and learn. You must be residing within Stratford or have your own reliable transportation.

Work:

Frequently communicating with customers - providing status updates of repairs Quickly diagnosing device issues Explaining options for repair and pricing Performing fast-paced repairs Ticket updates for every repair. Opening & closing till Cleaning & organizing shop Inventory count, making sure we have enough stock, placing orders
Skills & Experience Required:

Basic Knowledge of operating OS for iPhones, Androids and Laptops Ability to communicate effectively and promote sales Troubleshooting computer software-related issues Excellent customer service & communication skills. Minimum 1 year of sales experience
