We are currently seeking a

Senior Mortgage Broker

to support our expanding team and help agents succeed in both residential and commercial lending.

As an Inside Mortgage Agent, you will advise and evaluate deals to maximize compatibility with clients' needs, deliver exceptional response times and increase efficiency within the process.

Position Overview

This role is designed for an experienced mortgage professional who excels in relationship management, training, and deal support.
You will serve as a key resource for agents, helping them grow their business and structure successful mortgage applications.

The first

two months

will be

part-time or hybrid

as part of our evaluation period. Upon successful review, the position will transition into

full-time or hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Maintain strong relationships with our mortgage agents and act as their primary support contact Respond to agent questions regarding lender guidelines, underwriting, documents, and compliance Prepare and conduct

weekly training sessions

(virtual or in person) Provide

1-on-1 mentorship

to new and developing agents Assist agents with structuring, analyzing, and submitting mortgage deals (A, B, private, and commercial) Support agents with deal troubleshooting, lender communication, and file escalation Participate in agent onboarding and assist brokerage leadership with agent development initiatives

Required Qualifications

Ontario Level 2 Mortgage Agent Licence or Mortgage Broker Licence

(mandatory)

Minimum $8M+ annual submission volume

within the past year (residential or mixed) Experience working with

private lending

and/or

commercial mortgage

transactions Strong understanding of lender programs, underwriting principles, and required documentation Excellent communication skills with a patient, supportive, and mentoring mindset Ability to deliver training and explain complex concepts clearly Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

Salary:

Monthly starting from

2500$ + Commission

Commission Plan: $50,000 to $120,000 per year.

Licence/Certification:

Mortgage Agent level 2 license or Broker license (preferred)

Work Location

: Hybrid remote in Markham, ON L3R 9X5

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $37,050.16-$182,720.50 per year

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
