As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. This is a commission-based role, offering you the flexibility to work remotely and the potential to earn income based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in need of call center and support desk services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to the management team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the BPO/ support desk industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
