A DAY IN THE LIFE (Back of House)

• Preparing and maintaining quality standard and consistency with every salad order
• Providing high-volume service during busy hours
• Dishwashing and participating in the general maintenance of the kitchen;
• Preparing work station with ingredients, wash, peel and cut fruits and vegetables;
• Cleaning and filling out deep cleaning checklists
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards;
• All other related tasks.

A DAY IN THE LIFE (Front of the House)

• Ensuring our guests have a VIP experience at MANDY\'S by treating them like family and exuding good vibes!;
• Be a product knowledge guru to help our guests with their order and directing them to the counter;
• Efficiency with cashier duties; ringing and taking orders correctly
• Providing warm, genuine, and thoughtful service around the clock
• Keeping the front of the restaurant looking on-point, from merchandising to clearing tables to general maintenance of front of house;
• Providing high-volume service during busy hours
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards;
• Anticipating guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs
• All other related tasks.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• English required
• People and customer service oriented
• You are naturally smiley, energetic and motivated!
• Ability to work effectively during busy periods;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Ability to work standing for long periods;
• Previous kitchen and/or restaurant experience is an asset
