3twenty Modular is currently seeking a Safety Lead to join our growing team on a full-time permanent basis. This opportunity is based in Saskatoon, SK, and occasional travel is required.

What you'll do:

Models and builds a safety culture consistent with 3twenty's values. Continue to develop and implement existing health and safety programs, including standard operating procedures, policies and training. Maintain project incident reporting and data collection systems, conduct investigations and ensure that corrective action(s) are completed expediently. Manage Worker's Compensation Board (WCB) claims and guide return-to-work plans. Create strong working relationships with site superintendents and project managers to ensure work is designed and implemented safely. Travel to project sites on an occasional basis. Other duties as assigned.

Who you'll work with:

The Team:

You will collaborate closely with our field team, Lead Hands, Site Superintendents, Operations Manager, Ownership, and the People Strategy Lead to ensure the safe execution of projects.

What you'll bring:

An associate degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or related field) is considered an asset. National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) or Construction Safety Officer (CSO) Designation is required. 5 or more years of related experience. Construction experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Ability to work independently and take the initiative to identify tasks. A valid Driver's License is required.
