Position Description You will be a key part of Pani\xe2\x80\x99s product team reporting to the Director of Product. You will be responsible for the successful onboarding of new client water treatment plants to our cloud-based software platform. These responsibilities include coordinating the implementation of our professional services with our clients, and working closely with a delivery team that provides the technical and service knowledge to successfully deliver a scope of work. Your job is to build the plan, manage the plan, set expectations, manage expectations, and ensure the day-to-day tasks are on track, on time and on budget. What you bring to the team

• University degree in engineering, business, or relevant equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience building project delivery templates and processes.
• Project Management Professional (PMP, CAPM) certification or equivalent.
• An effective communicator and natural relationship builder who can collaborate with and influence a variety of work styles and personalities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, with a record of accomplishment, initiative-taking and effective project management skills

• A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
• Understanding of commercial sales, channel distribution, solutions provider, facility owners & operators within the water treatment sector will be an asset

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

Nice to Have

• Experience in the water industry, ideally in water/wastewater treatment
• Experience working for a SaaS provider
