Your Job

Reporting to the Onboarding Manager, the Project Manager will oversee the relationship with our clients\xe2\x80\x99 project teams, work directly with our internal development team and be responsible for delivering client-facing projects on time and on budget. You will have the opportunity to work directly with Paystone\xe2\x80\x99s Enterprise customers and you will be challenged to build relationships with them to ensure long-term account success. The ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels \xe2\x80\x94 from executives to end-users of the platform \xe2\x80\x94 is essential

In this cross-functional role, you will regularly collaborate with stakeholders at all levels from executives to end-users. A keen eye for detail, a proven ability to manage risks in dynamic projects, and a passion for creating cross-functional dialogues will be critical to the success of this position.

Your Focus

  • Manage new customer deployment projects, upgrades and ongoing requests
  • Establish project goals, deliverables, required resources, timelines and budgets
  • Complete project work breakdown structures and estimates
  • Resolve issues and solve problems through the course of the project
  • Effectively manage changes to project scope, timeline and budget
  • Track and report on project milestones, deliverables and budgets
  • Develop tools and best practices for Paystone\xe2\x80\x99s project delivery toolkit
Who you are:
  • Have 3+ years of project management experience
  • Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
  • University degree or college diploma in business, IT, or a related field
  • You\xe2\x80\x99re a creative thinker and problem solver who works well under pressure
  • You demonstrate a logical thought process through appropriate and inquisitive questioning
  • You are receptive to change and proactive in a dynamic environment
  • Project management courses or certification (PMP) is an asset
  • Experience working with point-of-sale systems or in a retail-related field, an asset
  • Experience onboarding new clients via software program implementations an asset
