Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Operator to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, guest services, and customer relations. This role involves managing front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining smooth communication across various departments.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures Handle guest inquiries and provide outstanding guest services to ensure a memorable stay Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests Do Housekeeping, and coordinate maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to uphold high standards of guest relations Support administration procedures as needed, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly and efficient service at all times Being able to cook on low key hours is a plus

Requirements

Interested but with no relvent knowledge or experience can apply. It is best to have previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential Experience in hospitality management or resort environments is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanour required to represent the hotel positively
