Responsibilities
*Provide senior technical expertise, project leadership and coordination of activities in the development, implementation
and maintenance of a diverse range of cost effective I&IT solutions.
*Provide technical advice to clients and leverage OPS I&IT solutions and applications to meet program/service goals and
objectives ensuring efficiency
Qualifications
*10+ years of System Analysis and Design experience, preferably in a large, complex business environment
*Expert knowledge in reverse engineering Physical Data Models creating Entity Relationship Models (ERD) and Metadata
Reports
*Hands on experience with AODA and knowledge of accessibility compliance principles as presented in WCAG 2.0, level
AA
*Demonstrated experience within all project cycles from Analysis, Design to Development, Testing and Implementation
*Knowledge and experience related to TRA (Threat, Risk, Assessment) process and prepare appropriate documents
*10+ years of Business Analysis experience including running JAD sessions, UAT and gathering requirements
*10+ years of system testing, integration testing experience
*Demonstrated experience with system Integration experience including ability to understand different systems and pick
up new technologies quickly
*Extensive experience in Quality Assurance preparing Test Plans, Test Cases and executing and monitoring unit,
integration and UAT testing while working directly with clients
*Proven experience with requirement elicitation technics such as User interviews, Workshops, JAD facilitation and
interpretation of business needs into system design requirements.
*Manual system testing and integration testing experience including creating test
