Job Description
Our client is looking for a Sr Business Systems Analyst with agile, Jira and consulting industry experience to build customer journeys for new customer data application builds.
Onsite: 3x a week downtown. (Bath & lakeshore)
Project: Our client is building out their customer data platform. You will be working with stakeholders to build out customer journeys for new customer data applications. (Persona building and audience creation for Marketing and Loyalty campaigns)
BA work = 80%
SA work = 20%
- Must Haves:Agile
- Jira
- Marketing / Loyalty / audience creation
- Prior experience working for a professional services firm (Deloitte, Accenture etc).
- Customer journey mapping
