From recommending the right devices and bundles to ensuring post-sale satisfaction, your work directly impacts customer experience and business growth. Key Responsibilities:



Engage with existing and potential customers to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience Conduct timely post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Promote plan upgrades, additional lines, and suitable devices to meet customer needs Introduce and offer products/solutions through strategic follow-up conversations Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs

A strong communicator who can build rapport and trust quickly Proven ability to upsell and close sales through consultative conversations High energy, self-motivation, and a passion for delivering results Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to shared success * 1-2 years of proven experience in outbound call center operations
