REGISTERED PRACTICAL NURSE (25-0000660)

Bargaining Unit: SEIU HERITAGE

Status: Casual

Department: Bethammi Nursing Home

Site: St. Joseph's Heritage

Shifts:Days/Evenings, Nights including weekends

Rate of Pay: $34.34 - $35.915

per hour

Qualifications:

Certificate of Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses*

Ability to work at full scope*

Pharmacology certificate*

CPR certificate*

Excellent interpersonal, written and communications skills*

Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position and exercise good judgment*

Must have an understanding and sensitivity to the needs of the elderly*

Ability to be flexible and work on either unit based on clients' needs*

Demonstrated regular attendance at work*

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT

This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.*
