We've got an exciting position on the Rogers Business Operational Processes Team. You'll also need excellent communication and outside of the box thinking, as well as the ability to express big ideas to stakeholders, often without technical backgrounds.

Reporting to the Manager, R.B. Performance Insights, you will be responsible for building and enhancing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Together with the team, you will build strong partnerships, ensure the realization of business objectives, and provide thought leadership as you build, develop, and improve R.B. automation capabilities.

What you'll do:

  • Develop UiPath automations
  • Accountable for the end-to-end implementation of RPA opportunities
  • Participate in opportunity identification/assessment, vetting opportunities for technical suitability, while interacting with processes owners and business partners
  • Lead the end-to-end automation lifecycle including:
  • Identification and prioritization of automation candidates
  • Analysis, design, development and testing
  • Deployment and post-launch support
  • Ongoing support of automations in production
  • Adhere to development standards and contribute to developing new practices
  • Perform peer code reviews
  • Partner with the Consumer RPA team and external partners to
  • Resolve technical challenges
  • Enhance skills and share best practices
What you have:
  • Relevant academic and/or professional Software development/automation experience
  • Diploma or undergraduate degree in a technical or business discipline
  • Previous experience with UiPath or other automation tools (e.g. K2, PowerAutomate, Alteryx, Blue Prism)
  • UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) or UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) - An asset
  • Programming and/or scripting experience (e.g. VB.Net, SQL, Python, Azure) an asset
  • Strong business acumen including
  • Experience documenting current state
  • Experience performing future state process analysis/mapping
  • Ability to measure impact and successes
  • Experience documenting solution design
  • Knowledge of Rogers Business tools (e.g. Salesforce, V21, SGI, ICM, Rogers Direct, etc.)
  • Understanding of Rogers Business support model and structure
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Change Management experience
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Open to taking on new challenges and have a passion for learning new skills
