Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Duties

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms and storage areas. Report any maintenance issues or damage to management promptly to ensure timely resolution. Follow established safety and sanitation policies while performing cleaning tasks. Assist with deep cleaning projects as needed, including industrial cleaning tasks in common areas. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Pay: From $15.80 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
